1. Who we are

WaiBase is a sole proprietorship of Nico Waiboer, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 75692767. We help B2B companies with AI-driven lead generation, workflow automation and training.

2. Data we collect

We may process the following personal data:

  • Name and email address (via the contact form or email)
  • Phone number (when you share it)
  • Company name and role
  • IP address and browser data (via analytics and cookies)
  • LinkedIn profile data (during outreach campaigns)

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry
  • To deliver our services
  • To send you relevant updates or offers (with consent only)
  • To improve our website through anonymous analytics

4. Legal basis

We process personal data based on: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest (such as improving our services).

We do not keep personal data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for. Customer data is kept for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a legal retention requirement is longer (e.g. 7 years for tax records).

We share your data with third parties only when needed for our services (e.g. email tools, CRM systems) or when legally required. We sign a data processing agreement with every processor.
