Month 1

Onboarding

I build the system, align targeting and copy, install the workflows, and connect everything to your existing tools. By the end of month 1 the machine is in place and the first campaigns are live.

Month 2 and 3

Calibration

First leads come in. We calibrate based on what works: which audience responds, which copy converts, which channels carry the most weight.

Month 4 to 12

Scale

We evaluate every month. If after three months it's not heading the right direction, we stop in agreement. The twelve-month contract is a commitment to the direction, not to me personally. No fines, no bureaucracy.

Do I get everything in my own hands?

Yes. All workflows, templates and data live in systems you have access to. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you.

Do you work exclusively with one client per industry?

Yes. I take on at most one client per niche, so I never compete with myself.

Do you do this alone?

I'm the central point of contact and the strategist. For specific tasks (content production, data enrichment, follow-up) I work with fixed partners and VAs, so the quality stays consistent.

What's the difference with a Quick Scan or Sales System Setup?
